- You will receive an email confirmation with the name & a photo of the technician you should expect to arrive at your home during your scheduled appointment.
- You will receive a confirmation phone call or text from our technician approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival at your home.
- All of our technicians have been vigorously background screened & are drug free.
- Our technician will need access to your dryer & dryer vent. Please remove laundry & adjacent items prior to your service call.
- Our service includes inspection & cleaning of your dryer & dryer vent from hook-up to exterior exhaust using a safe & effective rotary brush & vacuum system.
- Typical service calls take about an 60-90 minutes.
